2009 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION DUES

DUE: APRIL 1, 2009

 

Homeowners Dues were Due April 1st: If for some reason you have not paid your dues, please make arrangements to pay them by contacting the finance committee at the committee email: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  We will be sending out lien notices in the coming days. The HOA dues are $350.00 this year.

Personal payment is required because all pool gate keys are being exchanged for new pool gate keys at the time of your payment of your 2009 dues. Further all unpaid dues for prior years and assessments must be paid to obtain a new pool gate key. All old pool gate keys will be deactivated by April 1, 2009. Please remember to bring your old pool gate key to exchange when you pick up your new one.

 

If your house is for sale, you are still required to pay your 2009 Homeowners Dues if you still own your house on April 1, 2009. The 2009 Homeowner Dues cover the period from April 1, 2009, until March 31, 2010. Thus, if you inform your real estate agent or the closing attorney that you paid the 2009 Homeowners Dues, you will be able to receive a prorated portion of the dues from the buyers of your house at the closing of the sale.

 

We have been very successful in collecting prior year’s Homeowners Dues, and we plan to aggressively collect the 2009 Homeowners Dues this year which will include filing liens for unpaid dues which adds approximately $250.00 in costs and attorney fees to the amount owed.
