Dues are due by April 1st every year. 

Dutchtown Primary, Middle and Highschool are located across Hwy 74 from the subdivision.

Shopping is convienient.  We have Harvest AGA Grocery across the street from the neighborhood.  You also have the choice of two drugstores directly outside of the neighborhood.
